I should qualify my comments above/below. I wouldn't have voted Democrat myself at the last election if I'd been American. I'd have voted for the third party candidate Ralph Nader, who is the one person who sees through America's oligarchy where both major parties are in the thrall of big business. Mind you, we're talking about the world's "greatest" democracy here, where actor - and noted liberal - Tim Robbins was pilloried for voting for Nader in 2000 - he was even accused of "pissing all over the constitution". Hmm, remind me again where it says in that document that you can only vote for one of two parties?
