Our first meeting with our buyers since accepting their offer went well. We cleared up some points, were heartened to hear that they're happy to move when we're "ready" (ie, there won't be pressure on us to move before we get back from Canada, which hopefully means we'll all be happily moving in early October) and generally put my mind at ease. Aside from responding to the Halifax solicitor's quote, which should finally arrive tomorrow, all I need to do by the end of this week is pay the next installment of last year's tax return, and file said return so the mortgage company knows we have the ability to pay the mortgage we hope to take out (still thankfully under six figures if all goes well).
Oh, and meet all my deadlines, of course!
