Gas boiler servicing

Take my advice: do it, at least once every two years. Don't leave it five years until you receive the buyer's questionnaire as part of your move. Oh well, 250 squids isn't too bad (needed a new gas valve - the old one was leaking!) considering, and at least I can sleep securely at night knowing that's one less job to do before we move...
