Colchester v Blues/Dr Who

Colchester confirmed their promotion yesterday with a hard-fought 0-0 draw at Yeovil yesterday. So Birmingham City fans used to big Premiership grounds (and Fratton Park) will be gobsmacked to find themselves at Layer Road - capacity around 6,000 - next season in a league fixture. I wonder if the fixtures computer will make it a mid-week fixture to ram home how far we've fallen under Steve Bruce? All the indications suggest Bruce will still be manager come the beginning of the season - if I've been smug in saying "I told you so" now, how smug will I feel telling everyone "I told you so" when we start next season appallingly under his rudderless captaincy?

Last night's Doctor Who was another cracker - Girl in the Fireplace was set on a 51st Century starship and 18th Century France. David Tennant was superb as the Doctor (Toni prefers Christopher Eccleston), but I wonder if the fact his Doctors - Tom Baker and Peter Davison - were my Doctors colours my view of him?
