A Midsummer Night's Dream

Last night we took mum and dad - who are up house-hunting in Sudbury - to the Mercury Theatre in Colchester to see one of Shakespeare's best-known plays. As tickets were only a fiver each (special introductory offer to see the Mercury Theatre Company in action) we couldn't lose, but the play was excellent entertainment, particularly the extended epilogue where Bottom and his troupe of actors perform their own play-within-a-play.
