Ripped off

EDIT: I've spoken to the Eastern Water Treatment Company about the high cost of servicing our water softener. I accept that the 15-minute job is simply to refit a serviced unit in place of the one we have (in other words, the servicing is done off-site, so the time and cost of that isn't seen). I'm still not happy about the travel costs - £50-60 per hour, split between however many jobs, was not passed on to the customer by Aquasoft back in Bristol. However, the company is looking to set up a local branch in Essex, which - if it happens - would eliminate these travel costs completely. Fingers crossed it actually happens...
