It's hard enough persuading people to go green without unwelcome revelations like this (click here). I've been an advocate of energy saving bulbs for years, but we've had at least one smash on us in that time - where was the warning on the side of the cardboard box? It just goes to show that where there's money to be made with little or no regulation, companies and people will cut corner after corner.
