Phoned Stanmore this morning and discovered they have no record of a follow-up appointment for Harriet having been made, so I was put through to the consultant's receptionist - or at least her answer phone. Left a message, but not heard back yet. Considering the ten-week follow-up was already in place, why is this one not yet scheduled? I can envisage this is going to be a hugely frustrating chase...
