It's amazing how writing Excel tips can drive you to do anything else you can find! We're off to Vancouver on Friday for a week's break - I can't wait - and I've just ordered a 512MB flash card for my PDA so I can take a load of tunes with me. Of course, I really should have ordered this two days ago, but that would suggest I had some form of common sense!
We went to the theatre last night, and enjoyed Julian Glover and Nicholas Lyndhurst in an entertaining play called The Dresser. One of the things I'll miss when we move is the Theatre Royal. Colchester has its own theatre, but it's not in the same league. Still, there will always be the West End I guess! I wish I'd made a note of all the plays and actors we've seen in Bath over the years. We last went in September or October to see David Suchet in a Terrence Rattigan play (Man and Boy). Thinking of Rattigan reminds me of The Winslow Boy we saw there a few years ago - one of my favourites - which starred Edward Fox and Simon Ward (I've even found an online review of that production here).
For my reference as much as anyone else, here's a list of all the productions I can remember, in no particular order. Thankfully, it appears the BBC's local Web sites has plenty of interviews and features regarding these plays when they were released, which helps immensely!
