Those damned cars are back. And having lent next door our green bin to fill up their green waste with yesterday, the recycling people didn't empty either bin - probably because they filled up too high so the lids weren't closed.
I've also noticed a half-full bottle sat on our side of the fence. I'm keeping quiet about their hoped-for departure from now on until it's incontrovertibly happened. Mental note to self: how many times do you have to be told to keep your hopes down and not take anything for granted? You support Birmingham City for Chrissakes...
