Recovering well

My bruised chest is all but healed - however, I must have twisted my back in my convalescence as any inactivity like sleeping or just sitting still for a while results in it seizing up. Still, I was well enough to go into Future today to do some training, and foolish enough to walk home from the station afterwards.

I'm almost convinced it's the cat's fault - I can dimly remember him getting caught up at the top of the stairs. Ow, just thinking about it hurts!
