Get me the hell out of Wiltshire

It appears the rear fence has become a notice board for the District Council's Planning Department. Toni alerted me to the fact "a notice" was attached to the rear corner fence yesterday so I went outside to look, and discovered a planning notice for one of our neighbours. Suffice to say one angry email has been sent to the West Wiltshire District Planning Department asking them to move said notice. At least the Halifax responded promptly to my complaint about our for sale sign being screwed into my newly repaired fence - this lot promise a response within "10 working days", so it'll be interesting to see how long they play it out for.
