Valuation number three

Suddenly the world is brighter again. This valuation was at my hoped-for price. The thing is, we won't get that price once the offers come in - this market is one where people don't offer full asking price (and we, in turn, will benefit further down the road when we offer elsewhere).

However, we were shown a property just down the road that was sold for 5K more than the highest price we were quoted yesterday, and it's smaller than ours. It had the same number of rooms downstairs as us - lounge, dining room, study, kitchen, and people loved it. However, they were put off by the upstairs, where two of the bedrooms were smaller than our study. We have three large double bedrooms (the smallest is 14' x 9'!), so hopefully that means there will be plenty of interest. If there's interest I'm confident of a sale, because you have to see this house to believe it!
