We still haven't seen our youngest cat since getting home late last night. She has a history of wandering off - and there's a good chance she did briefly come in last night, but there's been no sign of her since possibly Sunday, when mum and dad think they heard the cat flap go (Jasper was asleep upstairs at the time, and therefore above suspicion). My worry is that the other cats - including Jasp - have forced her to hide somewhere - her fear of humans means she may have avoided the house during the 11 days we were away, so had no natural sanctuary from any turf wars going on.
Hopefully she'll turn up safe and sound, but right now I'm worried for daddy's little girl. And yes, I can see the child-substitute stuff a mile off, thank you...
