Global warming - will you listen now, America?

Seems the likely candidates for the next presidential election - John McCain and Hilary Clinton - have delivered a stark warning to the US after visiting Alaska on a fact-finding mission (see here). I think the historical judgement of "oil-tainted" on George Dubya's presidency looks set to begin before he's even left office.
