There goes the safety net

Just spoken to our sellers' estate agents. Our second-choice property has been sold, so if this all falls through now we'll be back to square one firmly. Oh well, at least I enjoyed one relatively smooth move in my lifetime - that was when I bought my first flat back in 1996... Now we wait...
