It's oh so quiet

I updated the BIOS on my new PC just now because I couldn't get the damn thing to boot from DVD (or more precisely, I couldn't get it to boot from a particular DVD). After the update was complete, a new splash screen appeared and the PC went whisper quiet. Oh, and the DVD now works, so I'm able to start installing Windows XP on it. I can see you're riveted - I bet you're gutted I'll be out the next couple of days in London training, eh?
