Government reshuffle

Is it me or does this pen pic of Ruth Kelly make her look like a hobbit or - worse still - Smeagol with a fancy hair-do?

I see that Environment Secretary Margaret Beckett is the new Foreign Secretary - maybe that will help justify her flights home from London to Derbyshire in future. Still no word on her replacement, proving how important the Environment is to this government...
