US "knowingly" sold banned rice to Europe

I sincerely hope I've not been eating GM rice shipped from the US (see here). The joys of capitalism - it's not about personal responsibility, it's all about personal greed. If they can get away with conning people, they will. And yet we still think this system is the best...
