Bravo to Sainsbury's

It's going to cut out the plastic packaging in favour of compostable packs (see here). Let's hope the other supermarkets follow suit - it's criminal that so much plastic is being used, especially as half of it (despite claims on the packaging) is not recyclable in this country, while the vast majority of the rest gets binned anyway...
