All clear

The scan - as expected - revealed nothing untoward, so Petit Pois will make an appearance in his or her own good time, although preferably not before the 15th!

I shall try to avoid commenting on this report about the government's ridiculous decision to waste tax payers money on probing whether or not people were irritated by plane noise (see here). I think it speaks for itself. But I do applaud efforts by WRAP to get people to cut back on the amount of food they waste (see here). If people are really throwing away one bag in three they buy, then we really do need a massive kick up the backside. And comments like "Surely if meals were organized so meticulously and people were hungry due to rationing there wouldn't be any leftovers?" really do miss the point, but should we be surprised?
