It's been a while since I last blogged. Harriet Rose continues to dominate our lives in the nicest possible way, the odd midnight trip to the lounge notwithstanding! She's 10 weeks old now, and starting to sing along when her daddy sings to her. I'm converting her into a John Denver fan - she particularly likes Rocky Mountain High, Take Me Home Country Roads and Starwood in Aspen. It helps reconnect me with a great singer/songwriter - Denver's songs speak to me directly and represent the soundtrack to what would be my perfect life - the simple one.
