I'm in BBC History magazine

My first Footsteps piece has been published in the BBC History magazine. You'd think after 14 years of writing for magazines I'd be jaded about it all, but I still get a genuine thrill seeing my name in print, particularly in new publications, and doubly so in a field that's new to me. The December issue ("Churchill's pact with Stalin" is the main cover line) should be out shortly. My next Footsteps piece isn't due until next March, so at least it won't be a one-off!
