The absurdity of football

Seen how UEFA have come down like a ton of bricks on Chelsea (see here)? This is surely evidence of the G14 group of clubs - who will do anything they can to stop Chelsea joining their ranks - flexing their muscles. Chelsea's comments are no worse than those I've heard from similarly big clubs, but could you see UEFA take such a stance against Manchester United, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich?
