Blair at it again

According to today's Independent on Sunday, Blair once again talks the talk with regard to global warming, but behind the scenes continues to frustrate any attempts to make tough decisions - see here. Global warming is not some fad that can be swept under the carpet, it is very real and it is very now. Blair admits that there is a problem, but consistently thwarts it.

But why should we be surprised? I'm so cynical about this government that I automatically doubt anything it tells us. Like Birmingham City in recent weeks, they often talk but they very rarely deliver. Incompetence is their middle name and frankly if I was a member of that shambolic organisation I'd be incredibly embarrassed by my continued failure to deliver anything other than more spin and outright lies.

EDIT: excellent leading article about air travel in the Observer (see here). Read it and act, Mr Blair.
