Chipped bins

If it's true that 25,000 "disgruntled" people in Bournemouth have removed the chips from their rubbish bins, I do hope you're already recycling as much as you possibly can (see here). If not, don't complain when you end up paying the true cost of binning all the crap you produce on a weekly basis.
