Waste not, want not

Click here to see how Belgium has encouraged reducing, reuising and recycling with a scheme whereby householders pay for the amount of rubbish they produce by weight. I look forward to seeing this scheme take off in the UK, although it would be nice to know that the monies raised from this would go towards encouraging this country to recycle all of its own waste instead of exporting it to China and other poor countries.
