Guardians of the Countryside? Don't make me laugh

Remember this event when - after eradicating badgers, bovine TB continues to blight the cattle population (see here). It's time farmers were stripped of their self-acclaimed status of protectors of the countryside - most of them can't see beyond the end of their own wallets.
